Cupcake Berlin

Cupcake serves mostly cupcakes of all kinds, but this is one of those American colonies in Berlin and you can find there American soft beverages, and some vegetarian dishes (toasts with beans/cheese), Oreos and Reeses.
Reviews:
Lizzy in "Trying Veganism" has written a nice review of the place, adding some great photos, see it at Trying Veganism. In general, Lizzy was excited by (almost) everything, but she says that the frosting on the vegan cupcake (which is naturally without milk or egg) tastes like margarine.

The menu was extensive - so much so that I had trouble deciding given how many choices I had. I settled for tofu grilled in lop leaves (pictured), while my friend chose pad thai. We started the meal with some summer rolls.

The food was tasty and reasonably priced (main dishes are about 10 euros each). The service was friendly, if a little slow, and the decor was nothing to write home about, but I didn’t mind a bit - the food was definitely worth my time. I think Samadhi will be earning a place on my must-visit list for future trips to Berlin, as well.
Samadhi is closed Mondays, but open for lunch and dinner every other day of the week."

Papa No is also big on take-out and deliveries.

Ashy Macbean has a blog about vegetarian restaurants, and if you're vegetarians or like vegetarian food, it is worth checking. In any case, regarding Papa No, it says: "[...] we chose Papa No's because it advertised vegetarian sushi. We had sushi with avocado and Sesame seed followed by veggie pad thai - both of them were delicious! If you're in Berlin, Papa No's is on Oranienstrasse 191, near Kottbusser Tor or Gorlitzer Banhof U-bhan station. Highly recommended.."
As we noted above, there are also non-vegetarian dishes in Papa No (and we can testify that they are equally good).

BioBerlin is a German Language blog discussing all aspects of healthy living and eating in Berlin. Although we personally haven't been to the restaurant, we agree with BioBerlin about this being an oasis in Potsdamer Platz, only from knowing the other cheesy places in this otherwise culinary desert. We'll free translate the main points of BioBerlin's review: The restaurant is somewhat hidden near the Casino in Potsdamer Platz. The idea behind it: healthy, fresh cuisine. There are wholegrain pastas, salads, also the regular mundane stuff but very tasty wok-dishes. The most important thing is that all dishes are fresh, healthy and low in calories. The coolest thing: the meat is organic! They don't write it anywhere, and only after we've asked, they said that the meat as well as many other ingredients are organic, including for example an organic beer. The food was good, it was quickly prepared, the service was very cordial. The prices are affordable: the main dish costs 7 EUR.

Personally, I cannot comment on vegan food, because of my aversion of milk substitutes, especially soy-based ones (to which I am slightly sensitive) and a general belief that soy-based latte is something served in penal colonies to the really horrible prisoners.
Therefore, I will leave the stage to Lizzy from the Trying Veganism blog, who writes: "They have a few vegan dishes, too, which I'm eager to try. For example I've never eaten vegan mozzarella before. Is it any good? Well I guess I'll know after ordering their vegan pizza. [...] I only had a soy latte last time (they didn't use alpro though, it tasted kind of dusty; I love alpro, I think it's the best soy milk ever)". Lizzy was later back in Cafe V, trying a huge salad.
Another review could be found in Shaina's blog: "It is in a very cool old building. I had a dish with spatchel (thick German pasta) and a raspberry beer that is a famous German specialty. It was good, but too sweet to have more then one glass."
