Style:
Bar
More:
Styled like a retro living room, which is part of the experience
Reviews:
Steve McKenna writes in SMH: "With its uneven wooden floorboards, smoky haze and profusion of dimmed red lights - not to mention its 1960s-style decor, tatty wallpaper and furniture that looks like it's been picked up from a flea market - it could be construed as unbearably pretentious.[...] this place is so different I can't help but like it. It's certainly one of the coolest bars I've ever been to."
The Basics:
Lettestr. 6, 10437 Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg (Eberswalder Str)
URL: Wohnzimmer
Accessible? small step in the entrance, no disabled toilets
Child-Friendliness? surprisingly for a bar, quite accommodating for kids - in certain hours. They have a children's time in the afternoon and a non-smoking room (although it also stinks of smoke, so policy is not really enforced)
